Losing weight or weight loss is like breaking of the mountain into small pieces which is possible but requires more hard work. Many people don’t care about their body and eat a lot of food which gives extra fat and makes the person fatty. Maybe you don’t want to be fatty and want to burn the whole body fat as soon as possible with fewer efforts.

We have provided a list of points to weight loss with less workout and proper food. You only have to remember 5 points which can give you proper body shape within a few months.

For Women:

  • Drink boiled water in the morning after wake up.
  • Take required sleep not more not less
  • Eat more protein and fiber at morning time.
  • Do regular exercise and walk more.
  • Avoid Junk Food.

For Men:

  • Do regular exercise.
  • Sleep more.
  • Avoid sugar and soft drinks.
  • Eat food rich in protein and fiber.

For overweight kids:

  • Do physical activity more than 1 hours and increase time.
  • Take more sleep.
  • Consume healthy and nutritious foods.

  • Keep the kid away from junk food.

For teens:

  • Make everyday target and exercise accordingly.
  • Consume limited sugar every day.
  • Eat more veggies.

  • Start weight lifting.
